A 13-year-old boy carrying a replica assault rifle
has been shot dead by police in the US state of
California, the BBC reports.Officers in the city of
Santa Rosa say they opened fire after the boy
refused orders to drop the rifle, which they believed
to be real. The shooting on Tuesday is now being
investigated. It comes a day after a 12-year-old
boy in Nevada shot dead a maths teacher at his
school and wounded two fellow pupils before
taking his own life.
In the latest incident, two sheriff’s deputies saw the
teenager “with what appeared to be some type of
rifle”, a news release from the Sonoma County
Sheriff’s office said.The deputies called for backup
and repeatedly ordered the boy to drop the gun
before firing several rounds from their handguns,
police said.
The boy, who was pronounced dead at the scene,
was later identified by his family as Andy Lopez.
“He was holding the weapon in his left hand. He
began to turn toward his right in the direction of the
deputy, and in so doing he moved the gun toward
the deputy, and the deputy’s mindset was that he
was fearful he would be shot,” Lt Paul Henry of
Santa Rosa police said.
But the boy’s father, Rodrigo Lopez said the
shooting made no sense. “My son lost his life. He’s
not alive any more just because of the mistake of
somebody.” The replica gun had belonged to a
friend, he said.
The sheriff’s office said a plastic handgun had also
been found in the boy’s waistband.

apology from the politician.
A Republican, Cruz compared the glitches plaguing
the website for President Barack Obama’s signature
health care law to the methodologies of “Nigerian
email scammers.”
Giving a speech before a large crowd of supporters
Monday, October 21, in Houston (the largest city in
the State of Texas) about the Affordable Care Act,
known also as Obamacare, the Senator said, ”You
may have noticed that all the Nigerian email
scammers have become a lot less active lately.
They all have been hired to run the Obamacare
website.”

Latest on the Agagu's plane crash
An airport taxi driver, Mathew Babatunde who witnessed the crash narrated how it happened:
“I was just passing the toll gate with passengers in my car when I saw the aircraft coming down. I even thought the plane will crash on my car the way it was bent. My passengers immediately shouted at me that I should swerve the car. Immediately, I swerved my car then I saw that the plane was struggling to go back up.
It eventually hit a Mango tree behind Saraha Tank Farm. Immediately the plane hit the tree, it divided into two and caught fire.
“I saw one man walked out with his leg, he was supported by two other people. It took about 20 minutes before ambulance came and another forty minutes before fire service people arrived the scene.
“I am not working again today, I want to go and park my car now. I am no longer interested.”
Another witness, Mrs. Chidinma Nwoke who spoke while crying, said she was among the first people who got the scene of the crash. She said, “we tried to help the victims but the soldiers and airport officials refused. They said it is dangerous and that we were not wearing safety boots.
“It is horrible. I saw a woman who tried to jump out but she got hooked on the fence and she died there. The fire outbreak consumed most of them, including one man who was almost out. That man would have been alive if the fire services were on ground early enough. He was almost out of the aircraft but fire caught his trousers and that was how he got burnt”.
“I saw a man who wore a white trouser walked with his legs from the crash. He had only a slight injury on the head and was taken to the clinic near the toll gate”.

Kim & Kanye set trap for their friends by distributing fake baby pics
Kanye and Kim set a trap for their friends to see
which one would sell a picture of their new baby.
According to TMZ, they received a photo
purportedly of North West but when they checked
with Kim's camp to see if it was the real baby pic,
they discovered they had received one of several
decoy photos distributed by the couple.
TMZ reports:
Someone has been trying to sell this baby pic
for a lot of $$$$ -- allegedly the spawn of
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. But
sources connected with the couple tell TMZ,
it's a fraud!
So here's what we're being told. Kim felt
people in her world were going to hawk baby
photos, so she wanted to catch the culprits
quickly. We're told Kim hatched a plan and
sent a half-dozen of her "friends" pictures of a
baby she claimed was North West -- but
we're told it was an impostor infant.
Sure enough ... someone came along and tried
selling us this pic (above). Gotta say ... it looks like
it could be Kim and Kanye's baby. It has the
right ... well, you know ... but Kim would obviously
pick a pic of an impostor baby that had the
qualities of her own child.
Our K & K sources have seen the pic and claim it's
not the real deal.
By the way ... we also got hold of another pic of a
baby Kim sent to several other friends -- Bogus

Bizarre! 19Yr Old Teen Arrested For Raping His Mother
Police said a Marshall County, Alabama teen raped his mother for revenge after an altercation with his brother.
Police said 19-year-old Gary Helms Jr., raped his 45-year-old mother at the trailer park in Willow Terrace Doyle Drive in Albertville. It is a twisted crime that police said Helms admits.
"From what I understand the rape stemmed from an argument between him and his brother. And apparently they were arguing over a girlfriend. And the rape was some sort of revenge against his brother," Sgt. Jamie Smith of the Albertville Police Department said. It was an unusual retaliation on an innocent victim.
Authorities said Helms' mother was apparently passed out drunk on the couch when the rape started. "During the attack she has come to recognize the assailant was her son," Smith said. That's when, according to the police report, the mother "tried to escape, but she was held down until the act was completed." "It's totally sick is what it is," Smith said.
Helms was arrested and charged with the 1st degree rape of his own mother. Smith says it's hard to wrap the mind around this. "Shocked, very shocked would be a better way to describe it. That someone would do something of this nature. It's a shock to the conscience of the general public," Smith said.
Helms is being held in the Marshall County Jail on bail of $100,000.

“Bin Laden’s burial at sea story was fishy. US President Barack Obama lied when he claimed that Bin Laden was buried at sea. Bin Laden’s body parts were cut into multiple pieces, which is similar to suicide attacks following the bombing, so as not to leave any clue to the US forces to identify him,” added Abdul Fattah – who was not in Abottabad at the time of Bin Laden’s death, but says he heard what happened from a Bin Laden relative – in an exclusive interview with Gulf News.
Abdul Fattah, who was a personal guard of Bin Laden, confirmed that Bin Laden was wearing an explosive belt all the time in the last ten years of his life and insisted on not giving himself up to the Americans.
“US intelligence services had planned to nab him alive, but they miscalculated. He blew himself up to avoid capture. Also, he wanted to keep his secrets until death and he had many sponsors from Gulf States as they were sending him money. He wanted to rescue them from any trouble. He swore in front of the Kaaba to keep all his secrets till death,” Abdul Fattah said.
Abdul Fattah pointed out there is a possibility that one of Bin Laden’s supporters had betrayed him. “It was hard to infiltrate the close circle around Bin Laden. His personal guards were only Yemenis or Saudis who wouldn’t be hired by any hostile party,” Abdul Fattah asserted.
Abdul Fattah explained how the Americans reached Bin Laden: “A brother of a Kuwaiti detainee of Pakistani origin in Guantanamo Bay was close to Bin Laden. He appeared in Kuwait in 2008 when the CIA asked Kuwaiti authorities not to arrest him or track him down. He used to visit his family and go to Pakistan with a fake passport. US intelligence services were monitoring his telephone and tapping all conversations to know his contacts. They then discovered that he was usually switching off his mobile in a certain place where they weren’t able to trace him any more.
“After months of monitoring that guy the Americans failed to find Bin Laden’s house. They organised a mass vaccination campaign to protect children against smallpox. As they found Arab children in the area they tested their DNA to determine the origin of their paternal line. Once US intelligence services knew of Bin Laden’s and his family’s existence in the Abbotabad compound, they decided to launch their raid on it.
Abdul Fattah concluded his memorial of Bin Laden’s death referring to a source close to one of the dead guards. He refused to mention his name to protect him, adding that “one day Bin Laden’s wife will tell this story.”
Abdul Fattah recalls what Bin Laden said to him a long time ago in Makkah, even before he left Saudi Arabia, “If we manage to draw America into the Afghan quagmire we will be able to do things that are unprecedented.”
“Among the people who went to Afghanistan and fought the USSR, we used to say that the Americans were crazy. They saw and witnessed how the Soviets were humiliated and left. The Soviets had more perseverance than the Americans. Soviet soldiers would drink from the sewers, whereas American soldiers would cry if you took their mineral water away. They need it even for showering. The Russians, in contrast, would drink from the sewage flowing in the streets,” Abdul Fattah added.
“Unfortunately, what Bin Laden said turned out to be true, because God gave America a very stupid president [George W. Bush] who sent Americans to Afghanistan, where they will be defeated,” Abdul Fattah said.
Obama’s media adviser met Abdul Fattah in Egypt during a conference last year. Abdul Fattah told him: “You will be defeated, not because you are fighting the Taliban, but because you are fighting geography and nobody can beat geography.”
Regarding Jihadist groups’ affiliates with Al Qaida, Abdul Fattah said that these groups in Egypt’s Sinai and other places who claim nowadays to be connected to Al Qaida are nothing but a media show. They say that they belong to Al Qaida in order to scare people, because it is connected with 9/11 attacks. The truth is that they never belonged to Al Qaida or know anything about it. Al Qaida has vanished since the death of Bin Laden.
“The current regime in Egypt [Muslim Brotherhood] wants to blow this out of proportion, in order to claim that the alternative is worse. Miracle Baby Rescued Alive From Toilet Pipe After Being Flushed Away By Parents

after being flushed down the toilet by his parents. The 2-day old baby
was stuck in the sewage pipe directly beneath a toilet commode in a
residential building in Jinhua in the wealthy
coastal province of Zhejiang on Saturday afternoon, Chinese State TV
reports
Firefighters received a call from residents of a block of flats saying they heard the sound of a baby crying and believed a baby was stuck in the pipe. When firefighters got there, they removed the pipe and took it to a nearby hospital, where doctors carefully cut around it to rescue the baby boy inside.
The baby, whose placenta was still attached, is believed to have been stuck in the pipe for hours. Unbelievably, he survived the ordeal. He is now in care and said to be in stable condition. The police are said to be looking for his wicked parents.

Neymar signs five-year deal with Barca
Neymar said he signed a five-year contract agreement with the Spanish powerhouse on Monday, two days after announcing that he decided to pick the Catalan club instead of Real Madrid.
"I'm sad to be leaving Santos, but it's a great honour to be signing with a club like Barcelona and to be able to play with some of the best players in the world," Neymar said.
The 21-year-old Brazilian will be joining a star-filled roster that already includes four-time Fifa Player of the Year Lionel Messi, Xavi Hernandez and Andres Iniesta.
Neither Neymar nor Barcelona released financial details of the transfer, but Brazilian media said the Spanish club will pay about €30 million for the youngster. Santos had fielded offers from Barcelona and Real Madrid and said it was up to Neymar to decide where he wanted to play.
Neymar posted a message on Twitter and Instagram announcing his departure from the Brazilian club where he has thrived since he began playing professionally as a teenager in 2009.
"Here it ends this wonderful passage with a special club," Neymar said. "Thank you for everything. I'll keep these moments with me my entire life."
Neymar led Santos to their greatest run since Pele stopped playing for the club in the 1970s. He helped Santos win the 2010 Brazilian Cup, the 2011 Copa Libertadores and three straight Sao Paulo state championships. He remains the club's leading scorer in the post-Pele era with 138 goals in 230 matches.
Neymar's father, Neymar Silva Santos, said that they signed a contract establishing the terms of the transfer, and a final document will be signed in Spain by Santos, his son and Barcelona.
Neymar will join up with Brazil's Confederations Cup squad on Tuesday and is expected to travel to Spain for his official introduction to Barcelona fans on June 2 after the national team's friendly against England at the Maracana.
He wanted to play one last match with Santos at the Vila Belmiro Stadium, but the Brazilian football federation did release him from the national team's preparation for the Confederations Cup.
Neymar said he doesn't mind if he is not given the No 11 jersey that he was used to wearing with Santos and Brazil.
"Let's see what's available, that's not going to be a problem," he said.
Neymar also said that he still wasn't sure whether his family would make the move to Barcelona with him.

Can you imagine how strong your relationship would be if you would not waste your energy, resources and time on things that have no future. Secret, small, hidden relationships are like ticks they suck all the good things out of your marriage or relationship and makes it unstable. it will take you more effort to repair what you would have damaged and the sad thing is sometimes those wounds might never heal.
Now with these so called social networks (Facebook, Skype, Whatsapp, Gtalk, iChat and many other platforms)- so many marriages and relationships are being damaged behind the scenes. Have you ever calculated the time that you invest in these social networks? What if that time can be used to promote those areas that you are struggling? Evaluate what the gain and losses that you have at the end of the day because in every conversation its either you are gaining or you are losing?
Stop sexting and flirting with those people- Yes you know them. Imagine your partner (Husband/wife) reading the messages that you receive, would he/she reply with a free heart on your behalf???? If the answer is NO, then that is an unhealthy chat/ talk that you are having Stop it before its too late. Some mistakes will cost you for a life time yet you could have just avoid them by just ignoring that chick/ dude who now loves you because you have been turned into a better 'asset' by your current partner. Where were they when you were struggling?
Please may you all get rid of all the parasitic relationships that will always be a treat to your relationships' healthy. Fight for what is right and never give up on the one you Love. Yes l said health because you have to know and take care of it just like your body. Love it as you love your body, maintain it as you maintain your skin, teeth, hair and nails. True love means hard-work. Do not apply if you are not prepared to take the risks. Stay out for a relationship if you still want to fool around (but that has its own price) because a relationship calls for great deal of commitment.
Most of the young people think that they will start being faithful when they get married- Word of Advise (You can never teach an old dog new tricks) That is why they are so many broken familes because people think they still have time to adjust. Start practicing being true to yourself when no one is watching because that's who you really are.
Besides its by nature that what goes around comes around- Do you think the person that you got out of a secret affair will stop just because you are now with her/him?
